Orville Bailey and his son Sterling have been building custom homes, garages and just about anything in between for more than 25 years. Orville has been a dealer for Reward ICF Forms for more than 12 years. They have used these forms to build everything from safe room and storm shelters to 3-story homes. Orville and Sterling also do extensive remodeling and insurance repair work. They also build metal buildings, large or small, commercial or residential.

Bailey Construction is a proud member of the Associated General Contractors of America and a proud member of Western Kentucky Construction Association. They are licensed in Illinois and Kentucky and are fully insured.

EPA Certification
Bailey Construction is certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through 2015 to conduct renovation, repair and painting activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities. Certification is for the purposes of Section 402 of TSCA. Certification is valid in all EPA Administered states, tribes and territories.
